2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (knee) announced on his Twitter account on Monday that he has received medical clearance to take part in training camp. It remains to be seen if Mostert will be 100 percent healthy by the time Week 1 rolls around, but it's a great sign that he'll be ready for the start of camp on Tuesday. Chase Edmonds figures to be the team's primary back in what is a crowded backfield, so Mostert will mostly be competing for a role alongside Sony Michel this summer. The Dolphins also have Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed for additional depth. Mostert is familiar with head coach Mike McDaniel from their time in San Francisco, but the 30-year-old has had a tough time staying healthy, playing in just nine games the last two years due to injuries.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
