2 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Victor Robles is expected to start seeing some starts as the leadoff hitter moving forward, according to manager Dave Martinez. Robles has been improving at the plate of late, hitting .250 with two homers, four RBI and two steals over his past seven games. Overall, Robles has a .236 average, three homers, 28 runs, 24 RBI and 11 steals on the season. With an 86th-percentile sprint speed and a 28-steal season on his resume, Robles would be in line to score plenty of runs and come close to a 25-steal season from the leadoff position over the second half of the season if he sticks in the spot.--Matt T - RotoBaller
