Minkah Fitzpatrick Goes On NFI List
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin announced on Tuesday that safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (wrist) was placed on the Non-Football Injury list with a wrist injury he suffered while on vacation. Tomlin doesn't anticipate Fitzpatrick's injury being a long-term problem. The 25-year-old should join the team at practice sooner than later, and he'll once again be a top option for fantasy managers in IDP leagues at defensive back. Fitzpatrick finished the 2021 season as the No. 5 fantasy DB after notching a career-high 124 tackles (84 solo), two interceptions, seven passes defensed, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 16 starts. The four-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro is one of the best all-around safeties in the NFL.
