2 years agoThe Miami Marlins are reportedly listening to trade offers for everyone not named Sandy Alcantara as the Aug. 2 trade deadline approaches. Alcantara, who made the All-Star team this year for the second time in his six major league seasons, currently leads baseball with a 1.81 ERA and two shutouts in 144 1/3 innings pitched over 20 starts, so it's understandable why he's off limits. Entering Tuesday's action, the Marlins stand at 45-51 and 14 games back of the division-leading New York Mets in the National League East. They are only 5.5 games back of the second wild-card spot, but there are also three teams in front of them for that race, so it's unlikely that they'll be looking at a postseason berth in 2022.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
