2 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf has reported to training camp. This is good news, but it's uncertain if Metcalf is actually going to practice with the team. Some players that are seeking new contracts have shown up to camp, but sit out. This allows the player to avoid fines, but still apply pressure to the team The 24-year-old is expected to reach an extension with the organization before the beginning of the season. However, his fantasy value is expected to decrease significantly with Russell Wilson departing this offseason. Now, Drew Lock or Geno Smith will be throwing at Metcalf this season. There's a good chance Metcalf suits up in 2022, but it's hard to imagine him carrying the same value as he did in prior seasons.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
