2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (knee) said on Wednesday that he'll "be ready for Week 1." There was some doubt that Mostert would even be ready for the start of training camp this week, but he gained medical clearance and avoided the Physically Unable to Perform list, so it's definitely possible he'll be ready to go for the regular season opener. The 30-year-old has played in just nine games combined the last two seasons for the San Francisco 49ers due to knee injuries, and he'll be competing with Sony Michel this summer for a chance to get touches behind Chase Edmonds in what could become somewhat of a committee backfield. The Dolphins also have Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed around for depth. Mostert has familiarity with head coach Mike McDaniel from their time in San Fran, but for now, Mostert should be considered a RB4/5 option for depth in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
