2 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) took part in every portion of practice on Wednesday except for full-team drills, and he looked fluid and had no noticeable braces or wrapping around the left ankle that kept him sidelined all of last year. Thomas and head coach Dennis Allen aren't putting a timetable on when the former Offensive Player of the Year will be back to 100%, but Thomas is "very confident" that he'll be back as good as ever. Barring a setback, it seems like the 29-year-old has a great chance to be ready for Week 1, but fantasy managers have to decide if they think he can return to being one of the top wideouts in the game.
