Wan'Dale Robinson Working Out Of Backfield
2 years agoNew York Giants rookie wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson immediately was running with the first-team offense in training camp practice on Wednesday, and the New York Daily News' Pat Leonard also said he's frequently seeing Robinson lined up at running back with Saquon Barkley in the slot. Robinson has plenty of experience as a rusher from his time in college at Nebraska before transferring to Kentucky, and it's clear that the Giants like his versatility on offense. Keep in mind that Sterling Shepard (Achilles) isn't practicing, but Robinson could still have a big role in the offense alongside Kenny Golladay and Kadarius Toney in his first NFL season, particularly early in the year if Shepard isn't ready. Robinson is a rookie wideout on the rise and is worth a late-round flier in fantasy drafts.
