Luis Robert Starting Rehab Assignment Thursday
2 years agoThe Chicago White Sox announced that outfielder Luis Robert (head) will start a minor league rehab assignment for Triple-A Charlotte on Thursday night. Robert won't be ready to return from the injured list when he's eligible on Friday, but the good news is that he's ready to return to game action. The 24-year-old hasn't played since experiencing light-headedness and dizziness on July 15, but he might only need a few rehab games in the minors before he's ready to return to the White Sox's starting lineup. Robert should remain rostered in all fantasy leagues, as he's hitting a strong .301/.334/.461 with 12 home runs, 54 RBI, 48 runs scored and 11 stolen bases in 306 at-bats this year.
