2 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is practicing at training camp despite not having reached a long-term contract extension with the team. Jackson told reporters on Thursday that "we're having a mutual conversation" and "we're keeping it in house." The 25-year-old signal-caller doesn't have an agent, but head coach John Harbaugh said, "both sides are motivated to get the job done." Earlier in the year, the Ravens took the stance that they were waiting for Jackson to seriously approach them about a new deal. "I just want to win at the end of the day. I just want to be great." Jackson is motivated to be great again after a disappointing 2021 season that ended with him on the sidelined due to injury.
