2 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Evan Longoria (hamstring) took grounders before Thursday's game against the Chicago Cubs. He was placed on the 10-day injured list with a Grade right hamstring strain earlier in the week. The 36-year-old is expected to miss the next few weeks but is trending in the right direction towards an earlier return. He is slashing .243/.331/.459 with nine home runs and 19 RBI over 148 at-bats in 2022. Fantasy managers with open IL spots can continue to stash the veteran.
