2 years agoLos Angeles Angels pitcher Chase Silseth will start Saturday's game against the Texas Rangers. He is expected to be recalled from Double-A Rocket City ahead of Saturday's contest. Reid Detmers' start will be moved to Sunday, giving him an extra day of rest. Noah Syndergaard will be moved to Tuesday, which is after the Aug. 2 trade deadline. Silseth owns a 1-3 record with 5.84 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 19 strikeouts across 24 2/3 innings in two major league starts this season.
