2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (abdomen) is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Colorado Rockies. This marks the seventh time in the Dodgers past eight games that Turner has missed due to an abdominal injury. Turner said that he is just playing it safe, so expect a return to the lineup this weekend. It is unfortunate timing for Turner and his fantasy managers, who will miss out on a game at hitter-friendly Coors Field at a time when Turner is hot at the dish, slashing .400/.485/.545 in July.
