2 years agoCleveland Guardians right-hander Aaron Civale (wrist) is scheduled to throw off of a mound on Sunday. Civale has been sidelined since July 13 after he sprained his right wrist but he has reportedly responded well to an anti-inflammatory injection. The 27-year-old could be ramping up for a rehab assignment assuming his mound work on Sunday goes smoothly. He has struggled in 2022, posting a 2-5 record, 6.17 ERA, 1.46 WHIP, and 52 strikeouts over 54 innings of work.--Matt T - RotoBaller
