2 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Jerick McKinnon (sports hernia) underwent surgery during the offseason. While the 30-year-old wasn't the most impactful fantasy option with the Chiefs last season, he continues to play a pivotal role on the roster, mainly considering the health history of Clyde Edwards-Helaire. Managers should currently treat McKinnon as an insurance policy. However, his ceiling could increase if CEH succumbs to another ailment in 2022-23.
