2 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Carlos Rodon was at his best Sunday evening, allowing just two hits to the Chicago Cubs in a 4-0 victory. He neither gave up a run nor walked a batter while striking out 10. If the Giants do choose to trade Rodon in the coming days, they could not have asked for a better showcase for the righty, who now has a 9-6 record with an ERA of 3.00 and a WHIP of 1.07 with 158 strikeouts in 123 innings across 21 starts this year. If he should be traded, it would only increase his fantasy value as his likelihood of earning a win in any given start would presumably rise.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
