Deshaun Watson Suspended Six Games
2 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has been suspended six games for violating the personal conduct policy. He will miss the first six weeks of the season and make his Browns debut in Week 7 against the Baltimore Ravens. NFL's disciplinary officer, Judge Sue L. Robinson, officially decided Monday for Watson's six-game suspension. The Browns play the Panthers, Jets, Steelers, Falcons, Chargers, and Patriots during the season's first six weeks. Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, David Njoku, and Amari Cooper's fantasy value takes a minor hit with Jacoby Brissett under center in the early part of the season. With Brissett as the team's starting quarterback, expect the Browns to lean heavily on the run before Watson is eligible to return. Fantasy managers can draft Watson as a mid-range QB2 in upcoming drafts, while Brissett becomes an option in Superflex league formats while the former Houston Texan is suspended.
