Kyler Murray Tests Positive For COVID-19
2 years agoArizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said that quarterback Kyler Murray tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday and will be out at least five days. The good news is that Murray is experiencing only mild symptoms, so he should be full-go in training camp practices once he returns in five days. The offseason started off on shaky ground between the Cardinals and the 24-year-old, but they recently came together to agree on a five-year contract extension worth around $230.5 million. Murray will be without receiver DeAndre Hopkins for the first six games of 2022, but the team added Murray's former college teammate, Marquise Brown, who should be able to pick up the slack in the receiving game early in the year. Murray is a top-five fantasy QB1.
