2 years agoThe San Francisco Giants traded pitcher Trevor Rosenthal (hamstring) to the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday. The 32-year-old is several weeks away from pitching, but it didn't stop Milwaukee from acquiring Rosenthal. He didn't pitch in 2021 due to shoulder and hip issues. The right-hander posted a 1.90 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and a 38:8 K:BB across 23 2/3 innings for the Padres/Royals in 2020. Rosenthal topped out at 95 mph in a bullpen outing two weeks ago before injuring his hamstring. He is expected to return to action in late August. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues can stash Rosenthal for now, as he is likely to be in a high-leverage role once activated from the injured list, although there's no guarantee he'll return to his pre-injury form.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
