2 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Chester Rogers has agreed to a one-year deal with the Houston Texans. The 28-year-old visited with Houston on Monday, so apparently that went very well. This is a nice depth signing, but this won't mean too much in terms of fantasy football. Last season, Rogers finished with 30 receptions, 301 receiving yards, and one touchdown in 16 games (two starts) with the Tennessee Titans. Rogers is decent depth and a possible option as a punt returner. However, the Texans have plenty of options ahead of Rogers on the depth chart. It's hard to imagine Rogers having weekly value in Houston while the team is healthy.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
