Noah Syndergaard Will Make Phillies Debut Thursday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies pitcher Noah Syndergaard will reportedly make his first start for the club on Thursday against the Washington Nationals, per a tweet from MLB.com's Todd Zolecki. Acquired from the Los Angeles Angels at the trade deadline, Syndergaard has made 18 starts this season. In those 18 starts, he's thrown 80 innings and has pitched to a 3.83 ERA and a 3.95 FIP while registering 64 strikeouts and 22 walks. Fantasy managers will certainly want to keep him in their lineups against a Nationals club that just traded away Juan Soto and Josh Bell.
