Amari Cooper Returns To Practice Wednesday
2 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (ankle) returned to training camp practice on Wednesday and is taking part in individual drills. Cooper didn't participate in practice on Tuesday after tweaking his ankle on Monday. It's good news that he's already back, as the Browns' thin receiving corps is already without rookie David Bell (foot) and Anthony Schwartz (knee) in camp. Cooper will be the team's unquestioned No. 1 receiver in his first year in Cleveland, but he won't have quarterback Deshaun Watson throwing him passes until Week 7, which will put a dent in his fantasy upside early on. Fantasy managers should consider drafting the 28-year-old as a low-end WR2 this year.
