Richard Rodgers Removed From PUP List
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Richard Rodgers (undisclosed) was activated from the PUP list on Wednesday. The 30-year-old has bounced around the league since being drafted in 2014, accumulating 147 catches for 1,529 yards and 15 touchdowns during that span, including making eight end zone trips in 2015 with the Packers. With Dallas Goedert maintaining a firm grasp on the top spot on the depth chart, he will compete with Jack Stoll, Grant Calcaterra, Noah Togiai, and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside for snaps this season. Nevertheless, although Rodgers likely won't see much interest in fantasy drafts heading into Week 1, there's a slight chance he could earn some work if Goedert misses time in 2022-23.
