Michael Harris II Returns To The Lineup
2 years agoAtlanta Braves rookie outfielder Michael Harris II (foot) is back in the starting lineup on Thursday against the division-rival New York Mets and right-hander Carlos Carrasco, starting in center field and batting ninth in the batting order. Harris was scratched from Wednesday's lineup due to a sore right foot, but the injury wasn't serious and he'll return to the outfield a day later. The 21-year-old youngster has been great for Atlanta in his first major league season in 2022, hitting .280/.320/.478 with nine home runs, 30 RBI, 35 runs scored and 11 stolen bases in 207 at-bats. He's gone 9-for-34 (.265) with a homer, four RBI, five runs scored and a stolen base in 10 games since the All-Star break. DFS gamers should probably look elsewhere since he's in the nine-hole.
