Gabriel Davis Was Bills' Best Pass-Catcher In Scrimmage
2 years agoBuffalo Bills starting wide receiver Gabriel Davis was the "best pass catcher on the field" during the team's scrimmage on Friday evening, writes Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. Davis ran a variety of routes and got open more often than not, catching five of six targets for 76 yards and a touchdown. The lone incompletion thrown his way was a 25-yard pass at the left side of the end zone. Davis caught the ball but only got one foot down in the process. The 24-year-old's success on Friday has to please fantasy managers after Davis was one of the most hyped-up players this offseason. His ADP has risen from 86 in February to 51 today. He has totaled 70 catches, 1,148 yards, and 13 touchdowns through two pro seasons but is expected to see an increase in usage now that he has risen to No. 2 on the depth chart (behind Stefon Diggs).
