2 years agoToronto Blue Jays right-handed pitcher Mitch White has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo, according to an announcement from the club. Assuming the bad weather holds off, he'll start against Minnesota on Saturday. White was acquired from Los Angeles at the trade deadline after throwing 11.2 scoreless innings for the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate, and he has also looked solid through 15 outings in the majors. White reported to the Blue Jays' Triple-A club in Buffalo but didn't appear in a game, so Saturday's start represents his debut in the Jays organization.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
