Anthony Rizzo Still Out Against Mariners
2 years agoNew York Yankees first baseman Anthony Rizzo (back) remains out of the starting lineup on Monday against the Seattle Mariners. This will be Rizzo's fourth straight game on the bench due to lower back tightness, but fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day for now. The 33-year-old does have a history of back injuries, though, so it's possible this becomes an injury that lands him on the injured list. DJ LeMahieu will make another start at first base and hit leadoff for the Yankees on Monday against Mariners right-hander Logan Gilbert. LeMahieu is usually a pretty solid DFS play out of the leadoff spot for a potent Yankees offense. He's also gone 15-for-46 (.326) with three home runs, six RBI and nine runs scored in 11 games over the last 14 days.
