2 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's matchup with the Cincinnati Reds and left-handed pitcher Mike Minor. The 29-year-old is hitting .271 with a .355 on-base percentage and 10 home runs in 456 plate appearances this season. Instead, the Mets will go with Jeff McNeil, Mark Canha, and Starling Marte from left to right in the outfield against Minor, who owns a 6.19 ERA and a 6.57 FIP in 56.2 innings of work this season. McNeil will bat sixth while Canha and Marte will hit first and second respectively against the left-handed starter.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
