2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Jason Huntley tallied 16 carries for 48 yards and a touchdown, catching four of five passes for 39 yards in Friday's preseason loss to the New York Jets. He also fumbled on the final drive of the game. During the Eagles' second drive, the 24-year-old entered the game and played the rest of the contest. Miles Sanders opened the game for the Eagles but did not record a carry. With Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell inactive last night, Huntley was given a chance to show Philadelphia what he could do. It was a decent outing for the third-year back, and he worked as the lead punt and kick returner over wide receiver Jalen Reagor. It would take injuries for Huntley to retain fantasy value, but he seems near lock to make the roster if he continues to lead Philadelphia as their return specialist.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
