2 years agoControlling much of the fight in the main-card opener on Saturday, Gerald Meerschaert secured a third-round submission win over Bruno Silva. In 11:39 of action, Meerschaert tallied 46 significant strikes (61 total strikes) and only absorbed 29 significant strikes. With solid striking and impressive defense, Meerschaert did enough to frustrate Silva and eventually lock in a guillotine choke early in the third round.
