Rays Activate Harold Ramirez From Injured List
2 years agoThe Tampa Bay Rays activated outfielder and first baseman Harold Ramirez (thumb) from the injured list on Tuesday. The 27-year-old is enjoying a quality first season in Tampa Bay, logging 264 plate appearances and hitting .329 with a .379 on-base percentage, four home runs, and three stolen bases. Ramirez has seen time at designated hitter, first base, and both outfield corners for the Rays so far this year. He'll give the team another versatile option, particularly in the outfield, where Kevin Kiermaier and Manuel Margot are both on the 60-day injured list.
