2 years agoLos Angeles Angels infielder Luis Rengifo (back) was removed from Wednesday's loss to the Seattle Mariners due to back tightness. He went 1-for-4 with an RBI double before exiting with the injury. The 25-year-old is considered day-to-day, and his next chance to return is Friday against the Detroit Tigers. He has been locked in the plate recently with a seven-game hitting streak, including three home runs and nine RBI over his last 30 at-bats. Rengifo is slashing .273/.309/.438 with nine home runs, 33 RBI, 29 runs, and five stolen bases in 84 games in 2022.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
