2 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon isn't expected to land on the injured list after exiting Thursday's game with a hamstring issue. Manager Bud Black told Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post that the veteran will be okay in a couple of days. This comment casts doubt on Blackmon's availability for Friday, but he could be back in the lineup as soon as this coming weekend. The 34-year-old went 1-for-1 with a single on Thursday and has now logged a base hit in six of his last seven games.
