Chase Edmonds Gets Involved As Receiver
2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Chase Edmonds rushed three times for just three yards against the Las Vegas Raiders during Saturday's preseason action. Despite his poor production in the running game, the former Arizona Cardinal got involved as a receiver, hauling in two passes for an additional 21 yards through the air. Signed this offseason, Edmonds is viewed highly by the new regime and appears to have a slight leg up over fellow newcomers Raheem Mostert and Sony Michel for the No. 1 running back title in Miami. Of course, that title isn't set in stone, and the Dolphins could use all three in a committee this season. Either way, Edmonds has some appeal as an RB3 or FLEX option in 2022.
