2 years agoMiami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki has been productive over his last two seasons but was recently brought up in trade discussions. The 26-year-old has reportedly been struggling to adapt to the new system being implemented by head coach Mike McDaniel, which might mean he's not the right fit. The Penn State product has cleared 700 receiving yards each of the past two seasons, largely because the Dolphins were lacking offensive weapons. Gesicki was able to co-exist with rookie wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, but the addition of Tyreek Hill drops him to the No. 3 receiving option, at best. A fresh start on a new team that has less elite receiving options could increase his value and make him more intriguing for fantasy football. This would also open up more opportunity for backup tight end Durham Smythe. If Gesicki remains with the Dolphins, he will be a risky tight end to draft.--Josh Constantinou - RotoBaller
