2 years agoMinnesota Twins pitcher Tyler Mahle (shoulder) has resumed throwing and is expected to throw a bullpen session on Friday. He was placed on the 15-day IL last Saturday with right shoulder inflammation. Mahle initially felt soreness in his right shoulder in his previous start last Wednesday. The 27-year-old is eligible to return from the injured list on September 2. He owned a 4.17 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and 126: 43 K: BB across 118 2/3 innings before landing on the injured list. Mahle should continue to be stashed in all league formats and could provide fantasy managers a boost for the final stretch of the regular season.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
