2 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Gerrid Doaks rushed 11 times for 67 yards during Saturday's preseason finale against the Philadelphia Eagles. He saw his first touch midway through the third quarter and ultimately played Miami's final four offensive drives. Although he showed promise in camp last year and earned another opportunity this year, he likely won't make the 53-man roster due to the Dolphins' insane depth at the running back position. If Miami has to cut one of Sony Michel, Myles Gaskin, or Salvon Ahmed, it's hard to envision a scenario in which Doaks makes the team.
