2 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Phillip Lindsay saw a fairly significant workload during Saturday's preseason finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 28-year-old has been unable to make much noise during the preseason. On Saturday, Lindsay rushed a team-hgih seven times for 23 yard and one touchdown in the loss. Obviously, the touchdown is nice to see, but 3.3 yards per carry could be better. Clearly, the Colts wanted to get Lindsay involved and see what they have in him. At this point, it sounds like Lindsay is going to be the third string behind Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines. It's hard to imagine Lindsay having weekly fantasy value as long as Taylor and Hines are healthy.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
