2 years agoNew York Giants tight end Austin Allen led the team with 40 receiving yards on four receptions in Sunday's preseason defeat to the New York Jets. The Giants have a new-look tight end room entering the 2022 season after moving on from Evan Engram and Kyle Rudolph. Allen is placed behind Daniel Bellinger and Chris Myarick on the depth chart as of this moment. Given the inexperience at the tight end position, the Giants could still look to add another tight end ahead of Week 1. If New York elects not to sign or trade for another tight end, we could see multiple guys get opportunities to see the field with Ricky Seals-Jones on injured reserve. That being said, don't expect the rookie out of Nebraska to be a consistent contributor in 2022.--Skyler Carlin - RotoBaller
