2 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier opened up some eyes during the preseason. The rookie back scored two touchdowns during their preseason finale, which was great to see. Right now, The Athletic has Allgeier projected as the team's third-down back. Cordarrelle Patterson is listed as the starter with Damien Williams as the primary backup. The fifth-round rookie might not see a ton of action to begin the season. However, there is potential here, which makes Allgeier a possible stash in deeper leagues.
