2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks catcher Carson Kelly led the charge on Monday night in the 13-7 win over the Philadelphia Phillies, going 2-for-4 with a double, four RBI, one walk and two strikeouts. Kelly's double with the bases loaded in the fourth inning cleared the bases. It was nice to see from the 28-year-old backstop, as he's hit .236 (17-for-72) with just one home run, 13 RBI, six runs scored and 13 strikeouts in 23 games in the month of August. Kelly is hitting under .200 in the last two weeks of action. Overall, he's slashing .221/.294/.363 with six round-trippers, 31 RBI, 28 runs scored and a stolen bases in 252 plate appearances and 73 games for the Snakes.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
