Owen Miller Not Starting Against Mariners
2 years agoCleveland Guardians second baseman Owen Miller is not in the starting lineup on Friday against the Seattle Mariners. Miller has gone 4-for-18 (.222) with six strikeouts in eight games over the last two weeks and has been on the bench in two of the team's last four games. With Miller out of the lineup Friday, Richie Palacios enters as the designated hitter and will bat seventh against Mariners right-hander Luis Castillo. The 25-year-old rookie has hit .237/.299/.289 with no home runs, 10 RBI, six runs scored and one stolen base in his first 97 major league at-bats in 2022 in 45 games played. Fantasy managers should look to avoid the rookie in DFS in a tough matchup on Friday against Castillo.
