2 years agoThe Detroit Lions apparently feel very good about how quarterback Jared Goff has looked in training camp this offseason. ESPN's Dan Graziano writes that there is a possibility that the former Los Angeles Ram QB takes a major statistical jump from last season, when he completed 67 percent of his passes for 3,245 yards with 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions in 14 games. The Lions have a strong offensive line in addition to their up-and-coming group of playmakers that includes D'Andre Swift, T.J. Hockenson, Amon-Ra St. Brown and others. With a spoil of weapons in an offense on the rise, it wouldn't be surprising to see the 27-year-old reemerge as the capable passer fans saw from 2017-2018. Keep an eye out for Goff as a solid QB2 for fantasy in 2022.--Jack Camenzind - RotoBaller
