Matthew Stafford's Elbow Could Be A Concern All Year
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams continue to say they have a plan for managing quarterback Matthew Stafford's elbow this year, and they don't expect it to be a problem. But this is Stafford's throwing elbow. The level of precision required to succeed at the QB position in the NFL is so high that even the slightest issue could be enough to derail another potentially strong year. ESPN's Dan Graziano thinks Stafford's elbow will affect his practice schedule all year, and it could affect his performance on game days, too. The 34-year-old is tough enough to grind through it and play, but he already led the league in interceptions in 2021. It should make fantasy managers think twice about taking Stafford as a low-end QB1 this year.
