Logan Thomas Listed As Limited Wednesday
2 years agoWashington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (knee) was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Thomas suffered a torn ACL tear last season and was working to return from it all offseason. He recently said that he hopes to return in Week 1 or 2, so he's not necessarily a lock to suit up this Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. And if the 31-year-old is active, he may not play a full complement of snaps, making him avoidable as a TE1 streamer for the week. If Thomas doesn't play or is limited against the Jags, John Bates should have a bigger role on offense. The fact that Thomas is already practicing this week, though, is a good sign that he'll be ready for the regular season opener.
