Gabe Davis A Possible WR2 For Week 1
2 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis has made some significant strides during his first two seasons in the league. The 23-year-old finished with 35 receptions, 549 receiving yards, and six touchdowns in 16 games last season. Those stats were with Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley on the roster as well. Now, Davis has taken full control of the No. 2 role in Buffalo. The expectation is that Davis will see a significant workload in this pass-heavy offense. That being said, fantasy managers should be able to trust Davis against the Los Angeles Rams defense in Week 1. A defensive unit that ranked in the middle of the pack last season in terms of pass coverage. Davis should be considered a low-end WR2 heading into the season opener.
