2 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver D.K. Metcalf will be going up against his former QB in the Monday night showdown against the Denver Broncos. Russell Wilson was traded this offseason in a blockbuster trade with Denver, and many doubted Metcalf's value this year now that Geno Smith is under center. In Weeks 6-8 last year, when Smith was playing in place of the injured Russell Wilson (finger), Metcalf averaged 65.6 yards and one touchdown per game. He can be valuable for fantasy with or without a star quarterback. The Denver Broncos had an excellent pass defense last year (headlined by Justin Simmons and Patrick Surtain II. Metcalf should be viewed as a low-end WR2 in this Monday night matchup.--Ryan Ramsarran - RotoBaller
