Robert Tonyan Limited Thursday
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers tight end Robert Tonyan (knee) was a limited participant in practice Thursday. He had been sidelined since Week 8 of last season with a torn ACL and is on track to suit up for the regular season opener against the Minnesota Vikings. The 28-year-old has been limited in back-to-back practices, but Friday's injury report will determine if Tonyan is active. He caught 18 passes for 204 yards and two touchdowns in eight games before the injury. Tonyan is a mid-range TE2 against the Vikings but could see an uptick in targets if wide receiver Allen Lazard (ankle) is ruled out.
