Dak Prescott Will Play Sunday Night
2 years agoDallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said that the plan is for quarterback Dak Prescott (ankle) to be a full participant in practice on both Friday and Saturday. "I don't have any concern about him playing Sunday," McCarthy said. The Cowboys open their 2022 season with a Sunday night showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Prescott will be under center. The 29-year-old has a sore ankle this week as a result of wearing new shoes, so it's really nothing to be concerned about. Prescott was officially listed as limited on Wednesday. For fantasy managers, Prescott will be on the QB1/2 borderline to kick the season off, with his top receivers being CeeDee Lamb and tight end Dalton Schultz.
