T.J. Hockenson In Line For Large Role
2 years agoDetroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson missed the last few weeks of the 2021 regular season with a thumb injury but is expected to return to a large role in the Jared Goff-led offense. Hockenson posted a 21-percent target share last season and was the team's de facto No. 1 option before the breakout of Amon-Ra St. Brown. The matchup with Philadelphia could be a strong one. The Eagles boast a top cornerback duo with Darius Slay and James Bradberry, so Hockenson could be relied upon in the shallow and middle parts of the field. He's a top-10 play at the tight end position in all formats.
